Reservation Policy

Reservations for limousine service must be made at least 3 hours in advance of the desired pick-up time. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability and preferred vehicle selection.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled pick-up time.

Cancellations made within 1 hour of the reservation time will result in the reservation being non-refundable.

To cancel a reservation, customers must contact Detroit Premium Limousine Service directly by phone or email.

Other Policies

No-Show Policy: Failure to cancel a reservation or be present at the designated pick-up location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time will be considered a "no-show." In the event of a no-show, the full fare for the reservation will be charged to the customer's credit card.
Payment Policy: Payment for limousine services is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards and electronic funds transfer like Venmo and CashApp. Rides start at $25 + $3 per mile. There's also an option for an hourly service starting at $100 per hour.
Additional Charges: Any additional services requested during the trip that were not included in the original reservation may incur additional charges. Customers will be notified of any extra fees before they are incurred.
Vehicle Substitution: Detroit Premium Limousine Service reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle maintenance or scheduling conflicts.
Damages and Cleaning Fees: Customers are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle during their trip. Additionally, a cleaning fee may be charged for excessive mess or spills requiring professional cleaning.
Changes to Reservation: Customers may request changes to their reservation, including adjustments to pick-up/drop-off locations or times, subject to availability and approval by Detroit Premium Limousine Service.
Limitation of Liability: Detroit Premium Limousine Service shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, or road closures.
Acceptance of Terms: By booking a reservation with Detroit Premium Limousine Service, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
